Dell Support Center collected a number of individual applications used to support and maintain a users computer into a unified application. Prior to this, the user had individual application to activities like updating firmware, optimizing hardware performance, backing up data, and more. I led the direction and team for establishing a new design language to support this consolidated product suite.
